Check each RS (Requisition Summary) item for the current bylaw and update the GIS data if needed. </SPAN></P><P><SPAN>c. Check that the geographical area of the GIS feature is comparable to the RS item (i.e. if the RS item says it charges Langford, Colwood and Metchosin, but the GIS feature only covers Langford, get the bylaws and update as needed)</SPAN></P><P><SPAN /></P><P><SPAN>If you don’t have access to the Bylaw Management System (it’s an MS Word Add-In) ask Helpdesk to install.
